Saving 80,000 Gold in Another World for My Retirement follows a girl named Mitsuha who accidentally falls into a medieval-esque fantasy world. Unlike many isekai stories with a similar premise, Mitsuha is uniquely able to travel between that world and her own. She begins to take advantage of her ability, planning an early retirement, which she thinks she will need 80,000 gold to be able to achieve. The story is about the various ways that she earns that gold.
